Indianapolis Meeting and Event Space Rental

 
 

Our event space rental includes exclusive use the entire 5000 square foot space. 

Meetings and Celebration Rental Fees:

$350/hour meeting fee - minimum of two hour bookings until 5:00 p.m.

Please call for Friday or Saturday evening rates. These vary based on time of year.

Setup fee per event based on need $200-$800

$150 cleaning fee

Rental fee include:s

  • all cutting-edge technology in space

  • VisionLoft furniture in the space (Additional furniture available for rent as needed.)

  • mobile interactive boards

  • Large Glass Marker boards and markers in breakout areas

  • sticky notes

Preferred Caterers - Nameless Catering , Sahm’s Catering, A Cut Above Catering, Hoaglin's Fine Catering, Indy Fresh, First Class Catering, MBP Distinctive Caterers, Jacquies Gourmet Catering , Jonathan Byrds Catering,  JPS Events, Juniper Spoon, Black Plate Catering, Milk and Honey Banking Co. **Clients may use other catering services.  Please discuss.
