Our rental includes exclusive use the entire 5000 square foot space. 

Meetings and Celebration Rental Fees:

$350/hour meeting fee - minimum of two hour bookings Monday - Friday until 5:00 p.m. Please call for Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday rates. The rates vary based on peak season. These vary based on time of year.

Setup fee varies per event $200-$800 based on need

$100 cleaning fee

Rental fee include:s

• all cutting-edge technology in space

• VisionLoft furniture in the space (Additional furniture available for rent as needed.)

• mobile interactive boards

• Large glass marker boards and markers in breakout areas

• sticky notes

Preferred Caterers - A Cut Above Catering, Hoaglin's Fine Catering, Indy Fresh, MBP Distinctive Caterers, Jacquies Gourmet Catering , Jonathan Byrds Catering,  JPS Events, Juniper Spoon, Rick’s Cafe Boatyard, Black Plate Catering, Milk and Honey Baking Co. and Nameless Catering  **Clients may use other catering services.  Please discuss.
