VisionLoft can provide you with a unique wedding reception experience in the heart of downtown Indianapolis steps from Mass Ave. This unique trendy space will provide your guests with a high-tech atmosphere boasting trendy décor. VisionLoft is a mix between the historic nature of the building and today's modern technology. Imagine the ability to bring guests virtually to your reception who cannot attend via video or robotics! Have you ever experienced a wedding where the guests can easily display images from the actual wedding and reception on the display during the reception? Our interactive touch video wall can create the ultimate slide show experience for your reception. All guests will be able to interact and even write on the digital wall and the entire experience can be saved electronically as a memory for you. In addition guests can write their best wishes on our black glassboards using fluorescent markers to create the ultimate creative guest book.

There are many outdoor options very close to VisionLoft for the ceremony. Brides could opt for the Soldiers and Sailors Monument,, Veterans Memorial Plaza,, American Legions Mall, or University Park. For more information, please visit their website.
Rental Fees for 8 Hours
Please note that most venues have a minimum catering fee. We do not require this and will be a reasonable venue for your event.
Saturday - $4,500
+No Minimum catering fee*
Friday evenings & Sunday - $3,500
+No Minimum catering fee*
Additional Setup Fee - $200. Cleaning Fee $200
Additional booked hours for your event may be purchased for $750 per hour and must be written into your contract prior to the start of the event. Extending the event during the event is not possible.
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required with every rental and will be returned within 60 days after the conclusion of the event pending no damages occur.

8 hours of setup and event time
